NASTURTIUM LEAF SALAD (serves 2)

You will need:

- Iceberg lettuce, washed and torn	- Spring onions, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes, halved	- A handful of fresh nasturtium leaves *
- 2 sticks celery, sliced	- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
- 5 cm of a cucumber, thinly sliced

Method:

Toss the salad ingredients together and dress with a lemony vinagrette dressing.  Delicious with pizza.

* Nasturtiums can be found at Gelerts Farm in the raised beds, they have gone wild up there, you can't miss them.
